Chance me for UCB, UCLA, USC or East coast

I’m a California junior aiming for UCB, UCLA, or USC, if I stay in state. Would like to try for HPYSM if there is a chance. I think my GPA might be too low and although I have EC’s, I have not held an officer or captain position.

Here are my stats. I had a rough freshman year, but my grades have been improving since then so there is an upward trend if that is worth anything.
Overall GPA for 9-11 is 3.6 Unweighted

My school does not do class rank.

SAT-2300
PSAT-235

Completed Honors Chemistry, AP Chemistry, and AP Language and Comp.
Senior year will take AP Comp. Sc, AP Lit, AP Calculus B/C, AP Government and Honors Physics.
So 6 APs in total.

Extracurriculars
• Community service-over 300 hours (local hospital, helped design a city web site, food bank etc.)
• Cross country and track and field. Received Athlete Scholar award.
• Have been in many clubs but have not held a leadership position in a club.
• Will be doing a summer environmental science program at a university this summer.
• NHS etc.

How do I stack up and what can I do to improve my chances?

Are my grades good enough to qualify for any merit aid?
Which of the above schools will be within my reach? Any suggestions for safety schools?
