<p>Hi, my name is Orlagh and I'm currently a Senior, looking to major in communication and minor in film or media.

-One of only 25 Writing Tutors, tutoring Freshman and Sophmores on writing skills (2014-2015)
-Contributor of writings and poems to HB Plant’s Literary Magazine for 4 years (2012-2015)
-Vice President of Fundraising for Literary Club (2013-2014.)
-Member of the French and Thespian Honor Society for 2 years, English Honor Society for 1 year.
-Member of Literary Club, Drama Club and French Club for 4 years.
-Played Piano for 10+ years
-Member of the Student Advisory Committee for 2 years.
-Participated in Florida Theatre Competitions for 3 years, receiving a overall rating of Superior.
-I was the original Stage Manager for the musical "GO MAD!" written by Barry Robbins. </p>

<p>Volunteer Service:
-Volunteers at Trinity Cafe every Sunday, serving meals in a cafe setting to the homeless, disabled veterans, the sick, disadvantaged children, low-income families and the mentally handicapped. (2014-2015)</p>

<p>-Volunteer at Metropolitan Ministries, cleaning up the campus, preparing meals in the Kitchen, and sorting clothes. (2013-2014)</p>

<p>-Volunteer at Feeding America (2014-2015) </p>

<p>-Over 35+ Hours mentoring Middle School girls in various schools. (2013-2015) </p>

<p>-Volunteer at the Gasparilla Art Festival by serving meals to over a hundred people. </p>

<p>-Peer Mentors with High School program called "Peers" to help incoming Freshman adjust to High School. (2013-2015)</p>

<p>UCF and FSU are my top 2 choices! If you could honestly rate me and give me feedback that would be amazing!</p>

<p>Hey there Orlagh!
Alright, no need to beat around the bush here, I’d say you’re accepted in both, almost certainly. Your ECs are wonderful, your GPA is competitive and your SAT is within the norm of the previously accepted students to those universities.
Just a word of advice… While both are good schools, I’d recommend FSU, as it’s always had a stronger Communications major in Florida, but it’s up to you to see where you had a stronger feeling!</p>
