First off, I’m going to assume that you improve your ACT composite to 33-34 and write good essays that mention your struggles with an autoimmune disorder. I don’t know how safe these assumptions are, but there’s little point in this exercise if I don’t make them. Without doing both of the above, I don’t think any of these schools are realistic targets except for American and NYU. So, assuming you do raise your score and write good essays:
UChicago, Harvard, Princeton, and Yale are all very selective schools. They’re never matches for anyone, and each of those colleges rejects 5000-10000 applicants a year who would do very well there, and another 10,000 who are at least qualified.
The U of C is a reach, the other three are high reaches.
Columbia University and Dartmouth are low reaches.
Georgetown is a high match.
American and NYU are matches.
