I really cannot judge you seeing that how my school operates is completely different, but from what i do know about the american curriculum and the requirements of a university, you are a competitive applicant for any of these universities

You have a great shot at MIT and an even better one at Cal Tech. Essays have to be stellar since the applicants around you will look the same! Best of Luck.
