<p>I'm an instate senior
I applied as an English major and discussed it in essay #1
Both essays were fairly strong
4.05 GPA
32 ACT (35 subscores for English sections, 29 subscores for math and science)
I've taken 6 APs and passed all of them with a 5 on Lang, expected 5 on Lit
Founder and president of an on-campus club, president of another club for two years
Member of ASB for 2 years
Very strong extracurricular/volunteering background</p>

<p>I've already been accepted to UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, SLO, and University of Utah. Today, I found out that I was wait listed for UC San Diego, so that's making me pretty nervous for UCLA and Berkeley, my top two schools. I know the UC's make decisions completely independent of each other, but going into this week I'm feeling pretty shaky knowing that I've been wait listed to a school below the other two I'm waiting on. </p>

<p>Well, I don’t think you’ll get into UCB, but depending on your EC’s and essays, UCLA is a definite possibility! :slight_smile: Good luck. </p>
