I think if I manage to convey myself as a unique and valuable addition to UCLA that it would balance out my SAT. But what do you guys think?

I would say you are a very well-rounded student. Even though your GPA is on the low end for UCLA, they might look past it, being that you have taken 11 AP courses. Chance… 60-70% maybe? Looks good to me.

Thanks man. UCLA is my top choice with College of William and Mary being a close second. I am still torn between applying early decision to W&M and applying RD in case I don’t get into UCLA. I read that the acceptance rate ED for W&M is roughly 48%. So what do you think I should do?

Bump…

I would apply regular decision to both, as well as some other colleges that you KNOW you can get in to. There’s nothing wrong with RD, especially when you are indecisive and if you are unsure about your chances.

It is wry likely that you will be accepted just some more EC’s would help, but for the most part you are set

Highly* sorry
