Chance me for UCLA? (or any other UC)

<p>I just concluded my junior year and am very excited to start applying to colleges. I just want a human perspective on my chances of being admitted.</p>

Top 2%-6% of class</p>

<p>SAT:1920 (620M, 680CR, 620W; 660M, 670CR, 590W)
ACT: 33 (33E, 34M, 30R, 33S, combined english/writing not yet available)
APs: 2 in 10th grade, 4 in 11th grade, 4 in 12th grade
Honors: 1 in 10th grade</p>

<p>4-year basketball player, 2-years Varsity (team captain 12th grade)
40 hours community service at local park in rough area
Hispanic; low-income; SoCal resident all my life</p>

<p>Any tips/advice would help as well.</p>

<p>pull your sat and act up a bit more, (maybe 2050+?)
others look nice. perhaps do something unique as well, like start a project of filming etc. do something you like.</p>

<p>I thought an ACT of 33 was solid.</p>
