@"aunt bea" Really? I’m actually very surprised. A girl from my school got in last year with a test score of 1650 out of state. I guess she must be an anomaly. Thanks so much.
I think you have a good chance of getting in! GPA is solid, SAT scores are probably good enough, and you’ve taken a lot of college classes! Also you have a good mix of extracurriculars; I have a friend who now goes to UCLA and had a similar scores/extracurriculars. If you want more reassurance, you should check out this website called AdmitSee-- it’s a startup that allows high school students to view the admissions profiles of college students and what schools they got into, etc.
Neuroscience! Non-impact I’m pretty sure!

@theleenbean thank you for your input! i messaged you about the website!
UCLA is a match-high match and I would say Berkeley is a reject. Don’t lose hope and still apply!! Good luck!
bump
Just to clarify, the average accepted students who are OOS that get into Berkeley have an average SAT score at slightly over 2170.
UCLA: low reach
UCB: reach
@jpdaman11 do you know what it is for la?
The 75th percentile is a 2240. That’s why I gave it a low reach, along with the EC’s.
To be honest, if your essays kick butt, and you included all of those college classes that you took, I would put money on you to get admitted into UCLA. Just a little less on Berkeley.
Thank you! Is there any place you’d like me to chance you back?
