Penn State - match
Everywhere else - reach due to low SAT

I think you’ll be in at Penn State.

High reach for UCLA and UMich.

Are UMich and UCLA high reaches because of my SAT? If not, how else can I improve? @billcsho @bodangles
@HumNation

First, you need to calculate the uwGPA. For UCLA, use UC GPA.
Your SAT is 220 below the 25% for UMich. For oos, you should aim at the 75% for a better chance (which is 2250).

Yes, you’re SAT is very low for UCLA. I believe you’d have to get it to atleast 1950-2000.

Stats are too low for our state (CA) and you would not qualify for any merit aid. If you got in you would be full freight and pay about $50K per year.
