<p>I agree - slight reach.</p>
<p>It also depends on what major, but I would say "Reach" instead of "Slight Reach" just because of the weak SAT score.</p>
<p>Grades are in line for UCB\UCLA\USC, but the weak SAT will probably make you a reach at all three.</p>

UCLA/USC: Slight Reach</p>
<p>match/slight reach.... your SAT II scores are great and will offset your SAT I</p>
