Chance me for UCLA, USC, and UF please?

<p>SAT: 1830 (R590, M640, W600) - I've only taken it once without studying, I know it is impossible to get into UCLA or USC school with an 1830, but say I could raise it to a 2000. I am studying already.
SAT2: US History 710, Reviewing for Math Lvl 2 and studying for Biology
ACT: Never taken

<p>Probably applying for Mechanical Engineering.</p>

<p>If I raise my SAT to around a 2000, do I stand a chance at UCLA or USC? I know UF is a much more realistic option, but I'd like to know if I could even have a chance.</p>
