Chance me for UCLA!

hi guys. I'm currently a senior in Southern California, and I really want to attend UCLA. I'm Korean and attend a pretty good high school. Thank You in advance for taking the time to read this/help me out!
Here are my stats:

GPA (unweighted): 4.2
GPA (weighted) 4.67
SAT: 2060
-reading-660
-math-670
-writing-730
SAT IIs: took today, but what's ideal?
ACT: 29 (should I take again?)
Class Rank: 18/650

I took 4 APs my junior year (Biology, French, Psychology, English) and I'm taking 4 right now for senior year (Government, Economics, Calculus, English). On my transcript, it is all A's except for one B+ in AP Biology my junior year.

EC's:
Ayala Band four year member
Ayala Drumline four year member
Drumline&Band Captain/Section Leader
Taekwondo Black Belt
SADD Club president
French Club Secretary
NHS member
Kaiser Volunteer for 2 years
Polynesian Club for 2 years

I didn't add my awards/honorable mentions to this because I didn't think it was necessary. So based on these stats, how are my chances for UCLA? or even USC? Thank you so much! :)

Your GPA looks good, your sat score is * okay *. For subject tests you should shoot for maybe 700+

I’d say low reach

GPA is competitive for UCLA. That one B+ won’t do much “damage” to your application (assuming you only have a couple of Bs).

Your SAT score is below the competitive score for UCLA (2100-2200), but 40 points isn’t a deal breaker. Still, it’s on the lower side for UCLA applicants, so try to retake it on November.

SAT IIs: which ones did you take? UCLA is almost on par with Berkeley, and a competitive score would be 740+ for your subject tests. If your SAT II scores don’t come out that well, don’t retake them. Retake SAT I in November, as it holds more weight over subject tests. How are your AP scores?

Low reach/high match. Really nail those essays.

p.s. A X% chance at UCLA implies a similar chance at USC.

Low reach for science/engineering major
High match for any other major

bump bump bump
