Chance me for UCs and CSUs? High SAT, low GPA

Even though I told myself trolling CC was bad for my mental health, I can't help it!
I'm only applying to the UCs (I'm asking for chances for all of them, since I need to eliminate some anyway...these application fees are blasphemous), Cal Poly SLO, and SDSU, but if anyone knows any CALIFORNIA (staying in-state is one requirement) schools that would be good matches, do tell!

Academics:

UC/CSU GPA:
*3.71 (All As in 9th to Bs and Cs in 10th to As and B in 11th)

Courses A-G:
*All hit, except UCs recommend 3 yrs of a foreign language. I have 2 yrs each in 2 different languages (First 2 yrs were taken in Middle School) Moved to a different school after 10th. Had a D in Japanese at 1st school, tried to make it up at the second school but there was no room, so now I'm making it up this year. So I'll have the 2-yr requirement by the time I graduate, but it looks pretty bad out of context.

SATs:
First try- CR 780, M 720, W 780 (essay 10) TOTAL 2280
Retake- CR 800, M 780, W 720 (essay 10) TOTAL 2300 (Yes, I am pretty **ed about the M/W switcheroo but there was no way in hell I'd take that thing again, plus UCs view all scores)

SAT IIs:
*Literature- 790
*Math II- 770
*Japanese- 490

APs:
*Psych- 5
*English Lang/Comp- 5 (Didn't take the class, so it's not on my transcript)

If anyone could chance me for the UCs/CalPoly/SDSU that would help so much! I'm applying as a Sociology major at all schools but UCB and UCSC (Legal Studies), and UCI (Criminology, Law and Society) with Political Science as an alt major.

Good luck to everyone and thanks for any help! May we all survive D:

2360 SAT superscore is higher than what many people have who apply to Ivies. Your ECs seem decent and if you can write essays that explain why your GPA is low then you could have a very high chance even at places like UCB and UCLA. Apply to every university you might want to go to because it’s a drop in the bucket compared to the costs of college. Also 100% chance at all state schools. Maybe look into some liberal art colleges in California.

Chance me back?

You make a strong case for the upper UC’s, I don’t see you getting rejected to the mid UC’s. Your golden.
