<p>no way! ucsd is 3rd in the uc’s after berkeley and ucla and davis is the 4th. davis is ranked lower than ucsd though. i think ucsd is like 37 out of all universities and davis is 38</p>

<p>the only thing i can think of is maybe community service or volunteering outside of school. that shows that you take your own personal time out to “make the world a better place” you could say. i’m a junior too and i volunteer at a local hospital and at an animal shelter. i’m not sure how much it helps but i think it has to at least a little!</p>

<p>well, im studying in india right now. its really hard to get oppurtunities here. I’ve been looking around. started a leo club in my neighborhood, but it didn’t run for long because lack of participation from other students and parents.</p>

<p>Strong SAT and US citizen abroad (diversity) - I’m sure you’ll make it to Davis, SD, UIUC, Irvine, LA, GATech and Mich! Only thing is funding may be an issue but that depends on whether or not you’ll be applying for financial assistance. Good luck!</p>
