Chance me for UC's and Stanford?

Hi CC, I'm new to "chancing", but please give me realistic feedback! I know Stanford is a far reache, but I'd just like to see where I stand regardless.

Korean @ a competitive public school, class rank 47/856

GPA: 3.9 UW/4.33 W

AP EXAMS: 5 on AP ENG. LIT & COMP, 4 on AP US, 5 on AP Psychology

SAT Score: 2150 (700 math, 770 writing, 680 reading)
I am going to take it again in November and projecting a 2200+.

EXTRACURRICULARS: 2 years of football, 3 years of varsity tennis (Senior-Year Captain), ASB Senior Class Vice President, 300+ community service hours, CSF Treasurer, National Forensic League, Freshman Leader, The Giving Spirit Member, Speech and Debate State Qualifier in Congress (possibly Nationals this year)

Any suggestion is gladly accepted!
Thank you for all your feedback in advance!

Stanford - High Reach
You should have much better luck at the UCs as your GPA is in the right place, decent SAT scores and you get that boost as an international student and UCs want that $$.

Stanford: Reach
Berkeley: Match
UCLA: Match
UCSD: Low match
All other UCs are safeties…

If McGill, UBC or UToronto are considered prestigious universities in Korea, these three are low match or better.

I am not an International Student, I was born in America! Sorry for the confusion, haha.
