Chance me for UC's and USC please!

What are my chances for UCLA, UCB, UCI, UCSD, UCSB, UCD, USC, Stanford? Also, do I have any chances at an Ivy league school and any other match schools?

9-11 GPA
unweighted 3.74
weighted 3.97

UC 10-11 gpa
unweighted 3.79
weighted 4.13

3 AP’s so far and 2 more next year

ACT composite 33
SAT I 1940 (should i retake or just send ACT)
SAT II math 2c 750 lit 600 (retake both)

sports and various other ec’s

rank top 10% of about 600

volunteer 300+ hours

location: california
ethnicity: asian

Unless you have hook, or attend one of the top high schools in California, your chances at the Ivies and Stanford are poor. Best shot would be ED to Cornell. Cal and UCLA are reaches, but really depend on your essays. 'SC loves high test scores, so your 33 should get some interest.

bump. any more chances?

bumpppppppp

Apply to those colleges. They will certainly be glad to chance you. In the mean time do the best you can in what you are doing now.

UCs = YAY
UCB + UCLA = GL HF
USC = how much $ you have? what major?

what sports do you play? and where in CA are you? i’m just curious (:

im same boat as you, aiming for uc’s and usc. i actually thought this was my post
ahhaha

i think it really depends on your major. letters of arts and science i think you are high match to berkeley and ucla and usc and a match to ucsd.

But if your going for engineering liike me then more of a low reach prolly

good luck

@hermanliu320 i live in southern california

should i bother applying to any ivy’s?
