I asked about unweighted 9-11th since USC will use your unweighted GPA and then calculate their own weighted GPA. Your unweighted GPA is a bit low for USC with an average of 3.8+. Bioengineering will be tough at all of the schools along with Biology since they are both popular majors. Your best chances would be at UCR/UCSC/UCI/UCD/UCSB and probably UCSD. UCLA/UCB and USC would be a slight reach.
