ACT is a little low for UCSD, but your GPA is good. UCSD has a pretty high percentage of Hispanic/Latino students (~18%) and it’s a UC so race won’t help you much there. But overall based on your GPA, ACT, and extracurriculars, and as long as your essays are good, I’d say you have a pretty good chance and that it’s a match.
