Applying as undeclared/undeclared college of letters/science

I am a Mexican-American in a very small northern California school

GPA: 3.95/4.0 (School does not offer uc/cs approved honors nor ap courses)

You cannot apply to SLO as Undeclared so which major did you select?

Cal states are probably all safeties with the exception of SLO depending upon major.

All the UC’s are possible although UCLA and UCSD are always tough.
