Really solid resume! I’d for sure say that Irvine and SD are safeties, but LA and Berkley are match/reaches. MIT and CalTech would be reaches (for anyone).
It would always help to boost for SATI or maybe try the ACT? I think you’ll have a good chance at getting into 2 or 3 of your match/reaches! Good luck!!

MIT and CalTech won’t look at your UC gpa, so freshmen year is going to count. that being said i think you are definitely in for the UC’s. being a california resident and having your GPA is really what matters most. your SAT’s are okay, but i think that’s what going to pull you out of MIT and CalTech, especiall that 760 in math even though you (ironically) got an 800 in math II. MIT and CalTech = mid/high reach.

You have a fairly good shot at these schools. For the UC’s I think you’ll get into them all. For MIT and Caltech those are long shot because those are one of the most toughest schools to get into with a really tough applicant pool. Your E.C.'s don’t stand out too much and your SAT is average for the students applying to those two top schools.

With your resume, you have a good shot at your UC’s, but not that good shot at the top tech schools. Why not apply to a couple in between? maybe ivy league engineering schools, or georgia tech or such? you have a solid app, though.
