I have a 4.35 UC GPA and a 1380 SAT score. Took 4 AP tests and got two 4s and two 5s. ECs include cultural clubs, a leadership program and volunteering at a nursing home (two and a half years). New here so don’t know exactly how this works but just wanted to try it.
UC’s are test blind this admission cycle.
Which major are you applying?
Are you an instate CA resident, OOS or International?
Is the UC GPA stated above your Capped weighted or Fully weighted?
Can you list your Honors/AP/IB or DE classes that you have taken or that are planned?
Do you have at least one safety school on your list?
Are the UC’s affordable and have you run the Net Price Calculator to confirm?
I am applying as a bio major.
CA resident.
The UC GPA is capped weighted.
My honors/ AP classes from 9th to 12th are World History H, English I H, Bio H, Chem H, AP Physics, AP European History, AP Calculus AB, AP Econ, AP Gov, AP Psychology, AP Bio, AP Chem, AP Lang, AP Literature, English II H, Math I H, Math II H, Math III H. I think that’s all. Most of the APs are from this year (4 are from 10th and 11th)
I am applying to my local state university as a safety.
I just ran the net price calculator and the amount it gave me is affordable.
Thanks so much for replying.
