<p>You definitely don’t need a 2200 to get into any of these schools!
For the Ivies, your chances are obviously low (that’s for everyone)
CMU and Pitt seem like matches.
Aside from Berkeley and SD, your chances at the UCs are decent, but are made worse by your OOS status.</p>
