Chance me for UC's/USC/Georgia Tech/UIUC/UT Austin?

I'm an upcoming senior! I provide quite a lot of information, but please try to read all of it as it really means a lot to me, and give me your thoughts on my chances. Be honest.

Please chance me for the following:

UC Berkeley

UC Los Angeles

UC San Diego

UC Davis

UC Santa Barbara

Georgia Institute of Technology

University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign

University of Texas, Austin

I understand my GPA is definitely low, but I honestly think it isn't my accurate display of my true capabilities, unfortunately. However, I feel that I have some great EC's that are related to my major (Computer Science), and decent standardized test scores. I'm truly really interested/passionate about Computer Science, and I've always loved technology throughout my life. I'm seriously going to try and emphasize the reason for the sharp GPA contrast, as well as my genuine passion for technology.

Reason for Sharp GPA Contrast:

I have been slacking throughout high school until junior year. Over the summer after sophomore year, I visited India and had an epiphany. While others in India are yearning to learn but forced into crappy, mediocre schools, if any, I am slacking off, even though I attend one of the best high schools in the nation of opportunity. This revelation changed how I look at things - it opened my eyes. I realized I need to make the most of my situation. I applied myself junior year, with 3 AP courses, and got a 3.67 unweighted, 4.167 weighted GPA. Keep in mind I go to a really competitive/rigorous (80% asian) high school.

I'm absolutely positive I will have atleast a 3.67 Unweighted GPA, 4.3 Weighted. My relatively rigorous schedule next year:
- AP Calc AB
- AP Physics B
- Finite/Discrete
- AP World
- Regular English
- Gov/Econ

What are my chances of getting in to the schools mentioned above? I'm extremely passionate about technology and would love if I could further develop my knowledge by majoring in Comp Sci at great college. Help/advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Epiphanies don’t mean you can do whatever you want… You screwed up your grades pretty badly man. I had some bad grades also from slacking off. Your best bet is UCSD, if they even will take you. Your SAT is ok, but EC’s and GPA is kinda bad. Also, being in an 80% Asian high school doesn’t make it any tougher for you…

I know, I know. I’m just trying to convey the message that I’ve matured, and that I’m not longer that 3.0 student anymore.

Can anyone else provide some insight/opinions?

You might as well try to get in.

Of course I’ll try :P. Any concrete opinions? Haha
