Chance me for UCs!

I'm an incoming high school senior and like many others, I'm getting a little anxious/curious about college admissions. I plan to apply to UCLA, UCB, UCSD, UCI, and UCD. I don't anticipate on getting accepted into LA or Berkeley. UCSD is where I'd love to go to, and Irvine and Davis are nice schools as well.

Unweighted GPA (9-12): 3.84

My high school's API is around a 900 and was ranked by the state a 10.

Thank you! In addition, do you think I should apply to some Cal States as a backup or am I fine?

UCB: reach
UCLA: reach
UCSD: high match
UCD: match
UCI: match
You should get into UCI and UCD, but definitely apply to one or two cal states just in case

^Agreed. You have a higher chance than you think at UCLA.

Chance back?

Good GPA, test score, course rigor. Considering you’ll write a good essay:

UCI, UCD: low match/match
UCSD: match
UCLA: high match
UCB: reach

UCI, UCR, UCM you’ll definitely get in, don’t even worry about those.

UCSB, UCSC, UCSD, UCD are very likely to allow you to get in.

UCLA, UCB are reach, but again are likely to let you in as you have a really high GPA.

Also, you need to write a kick-ass essay. But, that’s already a given.

UCB reach UCLA low reach
the rest all are perfect matches.
chance me back?

In the slim chance that someone stumbles across this thread… I got accepted into UCI, UCD, UCSB, UCSD, and Berkeley, and rejected from UCLA. I applied to only the UCs and no Cal States.

Don’t even worry about UCM, UCR, UCSC, UCI, and UCD

I think you’re a solid match for UCSD. UCB & UCLA are both pretty iffy each year, but you’ll probably get into one of the two.

Can you possibly chance me back as well? My stats are as great as yours, but I’d love to get some feedback
