CA cannot legally do affirmative action, so URM may not be big deal, but schools still love diversity so it might give you a boost, your SAT overall is fine for SD and Davis but little low for LA, what I’m really concerned about is how unbalanced it is, your math and reading seem bit low and writing carried your whole score. I think you should have taken SAT IIs though, it may give you the edge you needed.
Your GPA is very solid for UCSD and UCD and is good for UCLA and perhaps even Cal, you are a strong candidate for UCSD and UCD and have >50+% chance. UCLA and UC Berkeley only the undistributed balance of SAT is a problem, other than that you are a strong candidate in those schools too! :)

What major did you apply as?

Neuroscience. Thanks for your input, everyone!
