You are competitive applicant and have a good chance at all the UC’s. You have picked a popular major and will be competing with thousands of other qualified applicants. If your essays are comparable to your stats, you should several schools in which to choose from in the Spring.

Agree with @Gumbymom 's chances. GPA and ACT score looks good. What kind of classes did you take? A high GPA won’t mean much if you didn’t take rigorous classes. Nevertheless, you have a good chance at all. Good luck!
Like what the other two posters have said, I think your academic profile makes you have a good chance at pretty much all the UCs. Having strong ECAs and a good essay should make you all the more competitive.
