I'd really like to get into UC Berkeley... If not... Then UCSD, UCLA, and other UCs are appealing.

If I can get all A's 11th grade and get a 2100+ on the SAT... will I have fair chances of getting into UC Berkeley?

If there's anything else you'd like to know... Please ask.

not likely for Berkeley, LA or SD because GPA is the most important thing and u should have at least a 3.5 unweighted and at least a 4.0 weighted

If I’m able to pull straight A’s this year my GPA average for 10th and 11th will raise to 3.33 Unweighted and 3.7 Weighted… With a well-written essay, might it be possible for Berkeley?

Not really, no. That GPA is much, much too low. Your SAT would have to be close to perfect to even be competitive, and even that would probably not save you as the UCs value GPA highly. It’s possibly you are at a highly competitive school that sends tons of kids to Ivies every year, and you took the most rigorous course load. If you have done that, you might be able to explain that low GPA.

As of now, say no to all the UCs.

If you get straight As this year + a 2100+ SAT, UCLA, UCB – super reach

UCSD – reach

UCSB, UCD, UCI – GPA is a bit low, but 2100 + would be way over mean SAT score.

As someone who also lives in SD, I can tell you that despite TP being a competitive high school, you are unlikely to make Cal, UCLA, UCSD. Your GPA is simply too low and I know that at TP, far harder schedules exist. Your best chance is to do well on the SAT/Junior year grades and really, really try to make UCI or other UCs. Good luck.

So… What are some colleges that I could possibly apply for with a 3.33 unweighted GPA and 3.7 weighted GPA averaged 10th and 11th grade with… 2100+ SAT.

You should wait to look at schools like that until you actually get those grades/scores up, because they are FAR away from that right now. Getting straight As during junior year and a 400+ point increase on your SAT is nothing to scoff at.
