Chance me for UCSB!!!

make sure to put your major as computer science in the college of engineering. or college of creative studies of you want.

you look pretty good but it would help more knowing the grades you got in comp sci and your other math classes. they will weigh your math classes and subscores more heavily then your other classes. retaking the sat and getting high 700’s or an 800 would be helpful. try to bring up your other scores as well, but as i said, they will focus more on your math scores.

all in all, i think you have a good shot though, especially with your extracurriculars.

You courses are rigorous and great. GPA and SAT though, are a bit on the average scale. I’m assuming you already got your junior year over with, so there goes the hope for GPA. Considering you’re planning to major in an impacted field, I’d say your chances are about 50/50. Shoot for higher SAT/ACT; Idk about ACT but if you want assurance, 1950 SAT and I can (not guarantee because of the wacky selection system) give you a 90+%.

I’m going to tell you what I told everyone else. As much as they claim to take notice, UC ultimately give no diddlydoos about your EC (unless they’re some high-end achievements) and your school rank. With that said, good luck!
