Hello UDUB isn’t my first choice, but I’m trying to see if I can get in for Pre-med

GPA: 3.76 (Unweighted) There’s an upward curve because I did horrid freshman year, and my school doesn’t weight
SAT: 1460(Superscored) 1440(One sitting) Essay: 21/24
SAT II: Didn’t take

Senior Year Course Load: AP Calc AB, AP Physics I&II, AP Gov, CC English, Anatomy& Physiology, Spanish IV

Activities: ASB Vice Pres, Class Office(Junior Year), NHS Treasurer for Senior Year(Nominated both Junior+Senior), Evergreen Boys State Graduate, Also VP of Weightlifting club at my school

Work: About 20 hours a week for 20 weeks since the end of sophomore year as both a cashier and a waiter

Ethnicity: Chinese

Hooks: First generation college, In-state

Dude, you are looking really solid. Idk how competitive UW Pre-med is, but for UW in general I’d say this is almost guaranteed admission!! The only thing that worries me is your ethnicity because I’ve heard affirmative action can work against ethnically East Asian students. Otherwise, you have a great shot!

If you can, try to take two SAT IIs. It could only help! Good luck!!!
