Bump, any help will be appreciated…

Bump, will chance back also…

Well sir, congratulations on dashing my dreams of UC Berkeley and NYU…

With that SAT, UC Berkeley will be a challenge. Emory, UVA, and Carnegie are lowish reaches (because of CR), I’d say. NYU is a high match. The rest I’d say you’re into.

samz101, what do you mean haha? :)

Thanks heyimpeter, but I thought UCB and Carnegie would be extremely high reaches for me with my GPA. Also, my counselor had doubts about UF and Georgia Tech, he said maybe 50/50

CMU would be a high reach because of your GPA and your CR scores especially since you would be applying to SCS and Tepper. Your math score is sufficient but on the low side. Many applicants have 800 on math, but if you retake, anything 750+ should be fine. I would say UCB is the same, and GA a reach.

What about the rest of the schools?
