Chance me for UGA/Georgia Tech/Georgia State/Alabama

First off, thanks for taking the time to chance me. I really, REALLY appreciate it and WILL chance back anyone and everyone who asks for it. Thanks!

The following is my "situation" at each school. The rest is my info.

Georgia State - in state, no ties
UGA - in state, no ties
Georgia Tech - in state (Legacy - Brother currently attends)
Alabama - out of state, no ties

White Caucasian Male
~3.83 College Recalculated GPA
9 Honors Classes (9th Lit, 10th Lit, Biology, Chemistry, Algebra, Geometry, Spanish 2, Spanish 3, Spanish 4)
7 AP Classes (Lang, Comp Sci A, Macro, Micro, Lit, Calc AB, Human Geo)

Side Note: Freshman year was fantastic academically, rough patch sophomore year which messed up my GPA due to two deaths in the family. Junior year best year academically.

Senior Schedule (4 APs):

AP Micro/AP Macro
AP Calc AB
AP Literature
PE (required)
Physics
Film

7 APs at end of high school (Lang, Comp Sci A, Macro, Micro, Lit, Calc AB) Self studying Human Geography

1900 SAT (620 CR, 620 M, 660 W)
Taking the ACT in September, I have been getting 28-31 on practice tests so expecting to be in that range.

I have leadership positions in 2-4 clubs, and do a good amount of volunteer work with my church, school, and library. I am a good writer, and am confident I can write great essays and have already started. Planning on applying EA to all four of the schools listed above.

Feel free to let me know my chances. I'll chance back as well!

Thanks!

Thanks patriots! What does everyone else think?

It would be awesome if I could get some more opinions and/or suggestions on another school or 2 to apply to. I am looking to major in business, specifically a dual major in marketing and information technology.

Thanks in advance!

You could probably get into the honors college at Alabama. Everything else is pretty much a safety considering your course load and good test scores. Look into Arkansas, Mizzou, and maybe even UT if you’re really interested in business (they have a tough business school to get into but you could go in undecided and transfer in later.) UT would be a reach but I think it would be worth a shot for you!

Bump this up!

Really appreciate your chances!

BUMP! Thanks in advance and I WILL chance you back!

UGA: Safety
GT: Low match
GSU: Safety
Alabama: Dont know too much about this school, but by looking at their college profile on CB Id say you are a safety-low match

Try taking SATs again and aim for 2000+ and you should be fine for all of the schools you mentioned above

GOOD LUCK!!!

all safeties except Gt which is a match/low match. I’m also from Georgia and your stats are great for these schools

Thanks guys! I will be taking the ACT in September.

Chance me everyone appreciate it greatly!

Bump! Please and thank you!

Would a 30 or 31 on the ACT in September lock me in for UGA EA?

BUMP

I’d say you could consider all of those low matches/safeties. And yes, I think you could be pretty confident of getting accepted EA at UGA with a 31 ACT.

I would also suggest UT as another possible choice if you’re looking to stay in the south. Miami University in Ohio, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and University of Wisconsin-Madison all have good business programs and comparable acceptance rates.
