Hey there! I was just accepted to UGA this past spring but chose not to attend. With regard to the honors college, I was surprised to find that it is almost exclusively determined upon your class rank and GPA. I had higher test scores and more extracurriculars than some of my friends but they were accepted to the honors college over me because of a higher class rank. I hope this helps!

@nnocnat2 so would a class rank of 11/698 be suitable to be accepted into the UGA honors program?

lol yes. I believe if you are in the top 5% of your class you are automatically admitted. That may go for the top 10% as well but I’m not entirely sure…
