<li>GPA: 3.9 (UW), 4.1 (W)</li>
<li>SAT (superscore): 1720</li>
<li>AP classes: 8*</li>
<li>Class rank: Top 8%</li>
</ul>
<p>EC's:
translated two books (Portuguese - English)
one of the leaders at Church's youth group
leader and creator of Hospitality Committee (Beta club)
helper at soup kitchen
held blanket drive at school for homeless during the winter </p>
<p>Awards:
First place in National French Contest
Academic Achievement in Foreign Language (French)
GHP State finalist in French (Not really an award but wrote about it in the essay portion)
Athlete Scholar award (for participating in Soccer for 2 yrs and having a GPA of 4.1)</p>
<p>Other: I have taken 30 classes total, all grades being A's with the exception of two B's and one C. </p>
<p>Teacher/Counselor recommendations should be awesome, and my Lit teacher loves my essays.</p>

<li>- does anyone know how UGA calculates their GPA exactly?
** - from sophomore to Junior year I only took 2 AP classes, and for Senior year I am taking 5. Will they take these into consideration even though the grades are not yet final?</li>
