Not 100 percent sure what my GPA is now, but what are my chances of getting into UT austin and UIUC for accounting.

You probably have a better chance of getting accepted to UIUC than UT, but both chances are high. Work on your grades and increase your GPA.

I’m applying to UT Austin as well and it’s always hard to tell whether you’re going to get in from OOS because of the 7% class rank system for IS applicants.

Since OOS is so competitive, OOS applicants scores have a higher average than IS applicants, averaging at a 30 ACT and 1946 SAT (info from here: http://bealonghorn.utexas.edu/whyut/profile/scores). The most recent link also tells you the average SAT and ACT scores for each college within UT Austin.

Here are some more stats for OOS students: Out-of-State Students | Be a Longhorn.

Hopefully these links will help you get a feel for your admissions chances! I’d say UT is a high match for you just because it can be so competitive to get in as an OOS applicant. Good luck! :)
