Chance me for UIUC, UC Berkeley, UCLA, & Others!

Hello world of CC! I posted a chance me thread a month ago, but I only received like one reply so maybe this time I'll get a couple more chances! I'm a junior in high school, and I'm getting really stressed out about colleges and admissions. I have really low self esteem so I'm always thinking I'm never going to get into a good college. I'm on CC asking for a chance because I want to see what you guys think my chances are for these colleges!

Oh! And I am going to major in engineering (computer engineering or computer science)!

I am thinking of applying to (in order of first to last choice):
UC Berkeley
UIUC
UCLA
Stanford
MIT
UC Davis
Carnegie Mellon
Rice
UMich
WashU
Purdue

I also have a few safeties, but I won't be posting those! & I know that a lot of these (like all of them) are reaches...

I don’t like bumping but BUMP!

GPA is amazing, but ACT is a little low for your top schools. Your EC’s are good and involve good leadership, so that helps. If you raise your ACT, I’d predict:
UC Berkeley: Match
UIUC: Safety
UCLA: Match
Stanford: Reach
MIT: Reach
UC Davis: Low Match
Carnegie Mellon: Match
Rice: Match
UMich: Match
WashU: High Match
Purdue: Safety

Thank you scderek4! If anyone else would like to chance me, I would greatly appreciate it!

Stanford, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon (for the School of Computer Science at least) are high reaches.
Berkeley, WashU, Michigan, and Rice are lower reaches/high matches.

So what should my goal ACT score be? I took the April ACT and missed the 32 mark by one point so I am pretty angry at myself! I really want a 33 but I’m aiming for a 32! And are you guys both saying that I am pretty sure of getting into UIUC?
