Presidents Education award for 2 years
Ethnicity: Indian

Sorry for no one commenting on here.
I don’t know too much about UMD but I see that it has a 46% acceptance rate.
You’re instate too so that’s a plus.
I see you’re going to take that MATH II SAT. Study up on that and aim for a 750+,
Consider retaking the SAT again if you have time? That Oct. SAT II might take place of your time.
Try the ACT? Might be a lot to study for, but you have about 8-9 weeks before the next test.
A good heart and you can aim high in the 30s, better than your current SAT score.
You might gain an edge if UMD superscore, but I personally do not know that answer to that.
Sorry that I do not know the answer to the HONORS PROGRAM question. Not really an expert on and honors program at any college :confused: </p>

<p>Your awards are good.
Volunteer more this summer if you can - always a plus.
Pick up another EC and/or a leadership position at school - another plus.
I think you have a shot.
What are the other schools you are applying to? </p>

<p>you should be good (safety) for the regular college, but i am not familiar enough the honors college. </p>

<p>I’d say you are a match, especially since you are in-state and you have pretty good EC’s.</p>
