Ranked 15/414 [Intensely competitive high school, ranked within the top 20 in the nation]
SAT: 2290 <a href="I%20am%20retaking%20in%20November%20to%20improve%20my%20W">800M, 800R, 690W</a>
SAT IIs: 800 Math II, 750 Biology, 760 US
ACT: 35</p>

<p>AP Tests: Seven 5s, One 4
Senior Course Load: 7 APs + Credited Internship</p>

<p>Course Load in General: Toughest imaginable.</p>

<p>Main ECs:
Volunteer @ Hospital [Over 100 hours]
3 Years of Track [Varsity + Invite Team]
Art [I photograph]
Full Year Internship @ Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center as a Photographer</p>

<p>Will submit art work. [I got a 5 on the AP Photography exam, my photography teacher said my work was highly unique and certainly had style, the professional photographer I work with also said my work was unique as well as good.]</p>

<p>My common essay will be very whimsical and lighthearted, and will dwell on my various passions and interests. Very, very offbeat essays.</p>

<p>Any academic honors? I assume you may have left out some of the smaller things (you probably got the AP national scholar award, or received several department awards, or are in national honor society, or national merit semifinalist?). </p>

<p>But you have a great chance! Your photography skills are definitely excellent, and I think UChicago would love to have someone like you (maybe for their school newspaper or viewbook, etc.). Chicago has been known to make some weird decisions where I live, but you should be safe. Best of luck on the SAT’s. </p>
