Ranking: 37/559 (Top 10%)

Piano since I was about 6 years old, participated in multiple recitals*
Track and field* 10-present (Varsity lettered junior year)
Cross country* 10-present (Varsity letter senior year, scholar athlete)
Indoor Track* 10-present
National Honor Society* 11-present
Future Health Professionals of America 10-present
Democratic Society* 11-12 (Treasurer)
Outdoors Club 11-present
German Club 9 (gave up after due to sports)
High school talent show= 11 (Plan on doing it again this year)- Played a classical piano piece solo
Lancaster Science Factory Volunteer- 25 hours I know it’s not that much
Participated in national piano guild auditions- Judge grades you on a few pieces that you play along with scale, I received 41 C’s (Commendable) and 0 A’s (Needs Attention) (9th grade)
National Federation of Music Clubs Festival- Judge grades you on a few pieces, I received a Superior rating(10th grade)
Scholastic Writing Contest for Novel Writing* 10th grade (Although did not receive an award)
LOR- 2 teachers 1 counselor, assuming they are all really good
Writing Supplement- It’s great in my opinion

For the admitted class of 2019, the 25th-75th percentiles for GPA were between 3.60 and 3.97. You’re closer to the 75th percentile for GPA. The 25th-75th percentiles for SAT were between 1975 and 2180; you’re only 40 points lower than the 75th percentile. I think you’re a competitive applicant. Your ECs look great. I’d say UR is a match for you.

I believe UR is a match for you as well. I recommend applying by the Dec 1st deadline if you can for Richmond Scholars. You definitely stand a chance at being selected for it.
