Thanks!

Smells like a ■■■■■.

Lol I’m not. I have taken a large number of classes, this year I’m taking all of my classes at a local college through a special program in my county but check the rest of my package, I don;t think that it is very strong.

Lol trolllllll

No I’m not. I took 4 AP’s freshman year. 8 sophomore year and 9 junior year. This year I’m basically in college I take all of my classes at a local university, hence the very advanced level courses, since I knocked out all of my GE requirements through AP exams. Though when you call me a ■■■■■ I take that as a compliment since my profile is painfully real, if you just look at my GPA. My school usually sends about 25 kids to Ivy League schools. Also, the advanced math was required as part of a magnet program at my school. Partial differential equations, real analysis and complex analysis is offered in Stanford EPGY.

I don’t understand why you would make this thread other than to brag or ■■■■■.
What do you think is hurting your chances of getting in?

I’m not trying to brag. I’m just curious if my EC’s are strong enough for the colleges that listed. Specifically, I would like to know whether or not I have a good chance of making it into the Jerome Fisher Program at UPenn since that program is my top choice by far.

Bump 10char

^Trolling. But if you’re not trolling, don’t feel bad. If others say from stats are unreal/you’re trolling, that means you’re a pretty awesome student.

thx but any constructive comments. Is there anything I can do to improve any part of my application? Better, more focused EC’s?

Not sure whether or not you’re a ■■■■■, but in any case, for UPenn, I think you look like a decent candidate, but the process is quite unexpected. Stanford - High reach. Your GPA is low. Believe me because I know a guy who had similar classes and better GPA and got rejected.

chance back:http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1233558-my-story-will-my-dream-schools-understand-6.html?highlight=my+story

Holy crap!
I want to go into the same programs (M&T, Stanford). GG for me…
think the most important thing you need are strong essays. you’re good for everything else.

■■■■■ or you have little chances. first off community colleges wouldnt offer such high math, and alot of lower tier colleges dont either, as well as lower tier universities, that being said. the fact that between ACT and SATII you dont have a perfect math makes it look like a joke

Look at his senior course load rofl. 11+ classes? How many COLLEGE kids do that in a spring/summer? Thanks ■■■■■, my day is now off to a good start

Only 4 of my classes are at a community college. The rest are at a normal four year public university. It has one of the best accounting programs in the country and that is why I am taking accounting and business courses. The economics courses are from the University of London through an online program, “International Programme”. Also, the 14 courses listed for my senior year course load are split between the current Fall semester and the upcoming Spring semester. I’m not taking all of them in one semester. Also, BernieMadoff like I said before the high level math classes are from Stanford EPGY.

fix those good but not great essays…especially for stanford. They’re big on the qualitative/fit stuff

If true, decent chance. I seriously just don’t understand why people post these chance threads. It’s obviously all for bragging and have people stare in awe at you (trust me, as a person who was highly addicted to it, you don’t want to admit it, but it’s true). Your chances aren’t going to be decided by someone on here. And asking for help with ECs, as a senior, is a ridiculous excuse. It’s senior year, midway through December! What random ECs do you think you’ll find that actually make a difference at this point.

So I understand why this thread is here…but really…ECs SENIOR year? Think of a better excuse next time.

really how do you make 20k per year yet afford EPGY and all the CC classes?

EPGY has financial aid while the cc classes are free through a county program

You got me trollin’ dirty
