Varsity Swim Team, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta 30 hrs of Volunteer in nearby Hospital

Expected to complete before graduation
DECA President (Go to State competition with same event as usual)

My recommendations:

Swimming Coach Should be the right recommendation
Entrepreneurship Teacher (also the sponsor of DECA) should be SPECTACULAR, assuming from our close relationship
My Counselor Should also be fantastic; unusually friendly relationship for student counselor.

My SAT scores, GPA, and my class rank are mediocre for people applying at UPenn. But as you can notice, my extracurricular activities are very focused into business administrative positions. Do you think this resume is good enough for admission into UPenn as Early Decision or Stanford?
