Please chance me!!! I will chance back as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You’ll most likely be in at UCB and UCLA. Cal Tech, IMO, is the biggest crap shoot out there from what I’ve heard, so reach on that simply because you don’t have any real math/tech ECs.

All of the Ivies are reaches, as they are for everyone. Your SAT is obviously fantastic, and the 3.9 isn’t gonna hurt too bad considering all your APs, but you don’t have one single great hook. This being said, you do have a good variety of ECs with leadership roles and accolades, so you are a good candidate. I’d expect you to get into a couple, but it’s difficult to distinguish between them all.

Chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1166769-sats-so-chance-me.html

Ahh do you think theres any way for me to show myself differently as in a hook?

I would just stress all of your work in economics and the business internship. I think it’ll show your commitment and dedication to your passion so it could pass as a hook.

Find a passion, or at least tap into that passion, and hopefully it will become a hook. For example, it seems like you really like business and economics; attempt to make your own business, or figure out a way to intern for a very successful company. Do something cool to make you stand out.
