Chance me for UPenn?

My unweighted ranking is kind of low (not top 10%)
But based purely on stats and extracurriculars, is there a good chance that I may be accepted to Penn early or am I aiming too high? I’m applying to the engineering school if that helps.

It seems like you’re a highly competitive applicant, especially with the ISEF. Your scores are pretty solid. although your class rank may be a tad low, I see that as the only real ‘problem,’ but given that I also go to a moderately competitive school I think that shouldn’t count against you a ton.

Do colleges look at weighted or unweighted? I think I’m fine for weighted (top 10%) but unweighted might not be as great…
