The only weakness in your application is awards, and you have a good year to acquire some. Considering that you’re a rising junior, you certainly have a leg up over everyone else applying to UPenn. There’s not much else you can do not pad your resum

what kind of awards should I aim for, like competitions?

Sure thing. Perhaps scholarship or essay awards, too. Try entering Siemens or Intel, two prestigious science fairs.

Thanks! I will enter those in my senior year.

Troy is a very strong feeder school for top colleges, I’m sure you’ll do fine

why wouldnt upenn accept those?

I have to warn you that IB physics will prepare you for the AP exams very, very poorly. expect to practically self-study them.

there is no point in taking AB calc then BC calc.

And I assume by 15 AP classes you mean exams. There’s no way you could cram more AP classes in with a full IB diploma programme.
Awards are not really necessary. Your scores and grades indicate your academic mettle.

Don’t listen to Hannibalxx. He’s just a pessimistic/grumpy guy who gives bad advice. Just look at his past posts and you can see why. You look like a very strong candidate for Upenn considering you went there and I am pretty sure you can impress the folks there. Interns will definitely help you, and aim for 2200+ for your sat (you have plenty of time unlike the rest of us)

What is “Comp Junior”?

I wish my school had a bust-a-move club…
