I plan to start essay writing this summer with the help of a tutor and hopefully I will be able to get a good framework/topic, if not finish writing some of the applications before summer.

I think you sound like a pretty strong candidate. Overall your GPA and ACT scores seem fairly strong, however you really do lack in the extra-curricular area. You seem like a very young almost infant-like candidate. Not very mature. Additionally, the way you type makes you come off as a little slow in the head… if you get what I’m saying. You kind of remind of a certain Game of Thrones character when you type. Your senior year classes seem pretty strong except for the Physics H. Only underachieving kids take that class (but that’s my opinion only). Furthermore, I feel like you don’t have that high damage output that the top-tier colleges look for. In conclusion you probably have a 93% chance of getting into Foothill, but only if Bubbadub wins this summer split

One more thing. Although your chances of getting into those tier 1/ Ivy schools aren’t very good, I would recommend applying to some second tier schools like PACE, USC, and UC Bautista. These schools are less known, but fairly strong in their Academics and Musical/ Theatre programs

I believe that you can get into schools such as USC, UCSB, UC Davis, and UCLA. Those numbers are impressive and can get you accepted into top caliber schools. The weak spot I notice in the “application” is the extra curricular activities, which is average. Once you put in more time and effort into community service and clubs you will be a serious candidate in getting into said schools. I can only base this off of prior experiences, either it be myself or someone I know. This is coming from a Cal undergrad that may not be the smartest guy but hopes to be able to spread information to oncoming applicants. Keep working hard!

Tbh, it seems that you’re putting too much emphasis on your school rather than yourself. I would say that they are reaches except some UC’s.
