Chance me for USC Engineering please?

Hello, I am a first year CCC student in NorCal and planning to transfer to USC in my sophomore year.

Here's my stat:

High school
GPA 4.0/4.0
SAT 1: 1900+
SAT Subject: Math 770 Physics 760 English 510 (too low)
AP tests: 3 for U.S. History, World History, U.S. Government, and English Composition
5 for Mandarin and Physics B
I have some sort of extracurricular activities in high school (not impressive), about 70 volunteer hours, tutoring experience in school, etc

College
I just started in the summer. Hopefully i will finish Calculus 1, 2, 3, one programming class, first-year writing, one semester general chemistry, one semester of calculus-based physics and a matlab class before sophomore year. I think I can maintain at least a 3.7 GPA. And I will definitely participate in student clubs in my college.

BTW, I am from a low-income family and I am a female engineering student (if it does matter). What are my chances of getting into USC as a chemical engineering student? Do you guys have any suggestion for me? Thank you. :)

Your SAT is slightly low( by around a 100 points). With very good ECs , you’ll have a chance. Plus, if you require an essay, it has to be solid too.
Chance me please.
