<p>I'm currently attending a CCC and hope to transfer as a history major major Fall 2009</p>

<ul>
<li>So far my transferable GPA is a 3.65 and my history major prep GPA is a 4.0</li>
<li>I've taken 43 units so far and I'm following the IGETC pattern</li>
<li>Planning on taking 16 units in the fall and 15 more in the spring</li>
<li>If all goes well (crosses fingers) my GPA will be 3.72</li>
<li>I have two F's; one in Microecon. and another in Anthro. but have retaken them and gotten A's.</li>
<li>I have done 15 history units so far and plan on taking 6-9 more</li>
<li>Also in the Honors program and EC's</li>
<li>Poor high school GPA</li>
</ul>

<p>High school GPA won’t matter much with 4 semesters of CC under your belt. Get that GPA up as high as you can and check out USC’s transfer policy with respect to test scores. You might want to consider taking the SAT just to show them a nice score and make it easier for them to accept you.</p>
