Colleges:

USC-
UC-Davis-
UC-Santa Barbara-
UC-San Diego-
UMich-
NYU-
BU-

Scale:
(Safety, Match, High Match/Low Reach, Reach, High Reach, No Way)

And is it true that USC is very lenient on freshman year? (That is the reason I posted the second GPA, recalculated w/o freshman year, because I hear they don't take it into effect as much.

Don't forget, I'll chance you back! Just post a link to your thread and I'll be sure to chance you ASAP.

What is your SAT, your chances may vary greatly based on that… and class rank.

USC-Low Reach - Reach ?
UC-Davis-High Match
UC-Santa Barbara-Match
UC-San Diego-High Match/Low Reach

As for the last 3 I’m not so sure
NYU Stern is definitely in the High Reach/No way territory.
BU - Match? I’m pretty sure its not that competitive.
And UMich I have no idea. Probably similar to BU.

Ill do just the UCs, since im familiar with them.

USC-Reach
UC-Davis-High Match
UC-Santa Barbara-High Match
UC-San Diego-Low Reach

^ Note to navyFIELD: USC isn’t a UC…

btotheg, USC does not exclude 9th grade. They will use your unweighted 9-11 GPA, and consider course rigor and upward trends. USC is not a UC and so they do not use the *UC GPA *which includes only 10th-11th grades.

What’s your SAT Suject test scores. You need two at least ?

USC- big reach
UC-Davis- reach
UC-Santa Barbara- fit
UC-San Diego- reach
UMich- reach (but they need money so they’ve upped out of state admits)
NYU- low reach
BU-fit

UC Davis can be harder to get into than Cal. your resume says your baseball player with a b+ gpa and a decent ACT. I think you’ll need a higher test score to get into most of these schools. good luck!

i think your act score is really good, 33 is equivalent to a 2220 on the sat.
ucs require sat IIs while usc and nyu don’t (not sure about bu and umass).
however, many schools say either act or sat I + sat II, so you need to check the uc requirements.
i think you have a good chance at usc and a def chance at nyu and bu.
