I'm an Asian female (ouch!), high school junior in California. Chance me for my list down below? :)

GPA: UW: 3.7 /W: 4.1

Honors: Geography, English, English Literature, American Literature, Humanities, World History, Algebra 2, Precalc/Math Analysis, Biology, Physics B
AP: US History, Physics A, Calculus (It's important to note here that I got a D in AP Calculus A last semester and I'm retaking it this semester.)

SAT: I'm taking it later this week so here are my estimated scores based on my most recent practice SAT:
610 CR, 640 M, 790 W

SATII: None, planning on taking US History & English Language in May.

EC's:
- Class Council (9th and 10th grades)
- Robotics Club (Charter member 10th grade, Secretary 11th grade)
- Journalism (Sports Editor in 10th grade, News Editor in 11th grade, will be Editor-in-Chief in 12th grade)
- 250+ hours (and still going!) of community service at my local library and farmers' market
- There are a few more so I decided to list the ones I was most dedicated to.

USC: High match
Berkeley: High match
UCD: Low match
Cal Poly SLO: Low match
Reed: High match
Emerson: Low match
Occidental: Match
Mills: Safety
SFSU: Safety
CSUN: Safety

@Catria - Thanks for the response! Could you explain to me why you think SLO/Emerson are low matches for me? In the past on another chance thread, someone told me that they thought SLO was a high match for me.

@87thebends - Thank you! I visited USC earlier this year and I fell in love with the campus, especially the Annenberg building.

@DjBoom777 - To be honest, I don’t know how to calculate it…I know it involves sophomore/junior year grades but I don’t know how to calculate it. D:

Very much like Caltria’s, but USC is a low reach due to your ethnicity, while the UCs are race-neutral.

USC - Low reach
Berkeley: High match
UCD: Low match
Cal Poly SLO: Low match
Reed: High match
Emerson: Low match
Occidental: Match
Mills: Safety
SFSU: Safety
CSUN: Safety

UCB and USC are just tough schools for everyone. Are you sure Reed is you’re type? Reed is out there, I mean way out there, but if you are Reed’s type you will get in. My sister got in there, and well, I’m not surprised.

I love the idea of an interdisciplinary school (my small learning community in high school is based on the humanities) and I do want to look at an out-of-state school that focuses on the liberal arts.
