USC: Match/high match

USC: Low Match
I honestly would be very surprised if you were not accepted. The only weakness I see might be course rigor in comparison to other students, but I think you’ll be alright. Good luck!

Really? I was under the impression it was a reach for most applicants, especially since they receive roughly 40,000 applications annually.

http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1213/USCFreshmanProfile2012.pdf

USC has an admit rate of 20%, however with your GPA being above the averages and your SAT at the 75th%-tile, I suspect you’ll get in.

^^^That pdf is why I think you have a good chance at that school.

I thought Viterbi was more selective than USC’s average…

Low match!!

USC would be a match. But on the lower side of a match. Like in between a match and a low match. Go for something higher too! Great job!

Goodluckk!

I’m also waiting to hear back from Northwestern, Vanderbilt, and Lehigh, if you were wondering. I think Northwestern and Vanderbilt will both be very difficult, but Lehigh will be about the same as USC.

One more month! Bump.
