Chance me for USC?

Ok so I'm a junior currently and I really would like to know if I have a chance at USC, it's my dream school and I really don't want to go anywhere else so I would like to know some tips on how to improve my chances and where I stand currently.
Entering 2014, From California also I'm white if that makes a difference
GPA(weighted/UW) :4.01, 3.6
SAT(projected score):2100+

Sorry I know it's a lot to ask but it would be so helpful to know what to do because I really need to go to USC!

If you want to stand out to the admissions at USC, make sure you take the Supplement form seriously!!! I got in last week with my 23 ACT, 3.5 GPA and 3 AP’s

I’d say you have a pretty good chance as long as that SAT is above a 2100.

With a great supplement, I think you have a good shot. Submit your application early and perhaps do your essay about being quadlingual or about your ECs. My advice would be to get some awards to help you stand out.

What are supplements?

http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1213/12_13Common_App_Supplement.pdf</a> this is the supplement to the common app for USC

USC: High match

Does an admissions interview actually help or hurt you ?

I like the Russian Lit major. I think your a strong candidate. GL

thank you  I was wondering do you think many people apply with that major? Will that hurt my chances?

USC: High Match

http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1213/USCFreshmanProfile2012.pdf</a></p>

With a 3.6/2100/31, you’re just a little below the ‘average’ admit. The big issue is the ever-dropping admissions rate. The most recent class had a 20% acceptance rate and rumors are out there that apps are up again. When a school rejects more that 8 out of 10 applicants it’s hard to treat it as anything but a reach.

“1000 community service hours”
“3.6 GPA”
hmmmm…

bumppp sorry :frowning: i really need opinions btw im taking the act tomorrow any tips would be really helpful! thank you!!

Personally, before a test I write down my goal score at the top of the first page. I feel like writing it down makes it seem more concrete and achievable. USC is hard to be anything but a reach for anyone, but i’d say you have a pretty good shot.
